Exchanges & Returns


We may be able to exchange, if you email us within less than 24 hrs. However, if we have already processed your order, you may return your product using our free return option within 14 days of receipt. Please read our return policies.

Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system if a product is unavailable or if we are unable to verify your payment information, ship to the address provided or detect that this is a duplicate order. We will promptly email you to provide notice of cancellation.


Please contact us before returning any products. Once we confirm the return address you can return the product. Please give us a grace period of 72 hours to respond to your email. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are offered at our expense. For a new order, please contact us via Email and request your updated size. If you are not sure which size to get use our size chart.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. We will process your return within 7-10* business days and apply a credit to your original payment method, or, depending on each individual case, our customer will receive a store credit. You’ll receive an email from us when the progress is completed. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.

How to Return Your Merchandise

We are sorry that it didn’t work out. Please visit our online return page within 30 days of purchase to print your free return shipping label.

Select the item you want to return along with the reason for returning them.

Include the return detail slip for each order you are returning. Attach the shipping label to the box. Cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes on the box.

Drop your labeled return shipment at any UPS Store or UPS drop-off location.

We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than Please return the product to the original retailer.

*Please note to utilize free returns on, the package must be physically sent from within the United States. Please note that the return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.
